What Fanpit is

Fanpit connects to your Spotify account to build a feed of upcoming concerts for the artists you listen to, using data from Ticketmaster and, where available, Bandsintown. Fanpit is a discovery tool only — we don't sell tickets, process payments, or act as a party to any ticket purchase. Every purchase happens on the third-party site the ticket link takes you to, under that site's own terms.

Your account

You need a Spotify account to use Fanpit, and you must meet Spotify's own eligibility requirements to hold one. You're responsible for keeping your Spotify credentials secure — Fanpit never asks for your password directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from Fanpit
• Send automated or excessive traffic that could degrade the service for other users, or exceed the rate limits Fanpit applies to protect its underlying data providers
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access another user's data
• Use Fanpit for any unlawful purpose

Third-party services

Show data comes from Ticketmaster and Bandsintown; artist and listening data comes from Spotify. We do our best to keep this accurate, but we don't control these services and can't guarantee their data — including event dates, pricing, or availability — is complete or current. Always confirm details on the ticketing site before purchasing.

Intellectual property

Fanpit's name, logo, and design are ours. Spotify, Ticketmaster, and Bandsintown are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use here doesn't imply any endorsement of Fanpit by them.

No warranty

Fanpit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we're not liable for decisions made based on data Fanpit displays, including missed or inaccurate show information.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fanpit evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
